New Chelsea head coach Mauricio Pochettino will apparently immediately correct Graham Potter’s Blues error which was noticed by Frank Lampard. The Pride of London discuss reports on upcoming CFC training methods and the differences to expect from the west London team under the Argentine.

Pochettino detailed his ruthless yet sagacious training methods in his own book ‘Brave New World’. Southampton and Tottenham Hotspur players were said to be ‘broken and in tears’ during the process. Not to mention one footballer under ‘Poch’ feeling like he might die during preseason drills – but continuing to run.

I cannot think of a squad that requires this type of gaffer more than current Blues! Frank Lampard noticed a fitness issue following Graham Potter’s tenure, and ‘Poch’ is about to put it right. This Chels’ side is going to be the polar opposite of last season.

Chelsea won’t approve of new approach for Romelu Lukaku for these reasons

Believable reporting claims that Lukaku won’t consider playing at Stamford Bridge again. the striker wants out of Chelsea, basically. And the feeling is said to be mutual. CFC have indeed reciprocated in the sense of wanting a clean break from the former Manchester United and Everton man. He is up for sale and the Blues aren’t interested in another loan deal.

The Belgian’s previous temporary club, Inter Milan, supposedly wish for his continued presence at San Siro in 2023/24. Lukaku’s reported desire is to remain with i Nerazzurri, however, the club couldn’t afford a permanent transfer. As the story goes, Inter are about to offload Marcelo Brozovic to Saudi Arabian club Al-Nassr for around £15.5million, so can now approach the Blues.

The incoming bid is expected to be a loan again, but with a buy clause, according to Fabrizio Romano. CFC won’t be best pleased with that; an instalment plan could add further frustration or potentially derail any prospective agreement.
