Mykhailo Mudryk, Left winger: 6

Mudryk has shown all the ways in which he can be dangerous under Pochettino’s tutelage. That said, he wasn’t great against Newcastle, and while he had some exciting moments, he did nothing of note.

Nicolas Jackson, Center forward: 8.5

Excellent. Simply excellent. Every touch, every run, every action was on the money. He made superb runs to disrupt Newcastle’s defense several times and his holdup play was impeccable. He was flawless.

Raheem Sterling (46′): 6

Sterling got on the end of some chances when he came on, But overall he wasn’t great. He looked quite fit, though

Conor Gallagher (46′): 6

Gallagher also forced a save from Nick Pope, but barely did much else.

Malo Gusto (65′): 5.5

Gusto did nothing of note when he came on, though he did snuff out one Newcastle attack.

Ben Chilwell (65′): 5.5

Nothing to say on Chilwell. He was fine but didn’t stand out.

Carney Chukwuemeka (65′): 5.5

Chukwuemeka was fine, not that he was expected to do anything more, especially when half of the team had been subbed off by then, making cohesion at it’s lowest.

Andrey Santos (65′): 5.5

Santos committed some fouls, but again failed to impress. Casadei looked better than the the Brazil youngster again.

Mason Bustow (78′): 5.5

Bustow did nothing when he came on, yet he didn’t have many chances to affect play.

Diego Moreira (78′): 5

Newcastle heaped pressure on Chels‘ in the closing stages of the game, and Pochettino’s men barely got the ball to Moreira in the first place.
