Right wing: Raheem Sterling

Pochettino will be counting on Raheem Sterling to be the difference maker in the attack. He brings abundant quality to the CFC attack and has shown what he can do in the attack. His connection with James was electric last season when both of them played together. Sterling has been more incisive and impactful on the right flank and if all goes to plan, he could repeat the numbers that he produced at Manchester City.

Striker: Nicolas Jackson

Although CFC are searching for a striker with Dusan Vlahovic heavily linked, at the moment, Nicolas Jackson remains CFC’s best choice to lead the attack. Armando Broja is a decent backup but the Senegalese brings something different to the table. He is not one of your orthodox strikers but likes to run behind the defenders and is agile to even run down the wide channels.

Left wing: Mykhailo Mudryk

Mykhailo Mudryk had a shaky and a forgetful start to life in England. The Ukrainian had a hard time settling to the pace of the Premier League. However, he has looked a different version in the pre-season. Mudryk is much more confident and composed and looks genuinely threatening on the ball. If Pochettino can continue to impart confidence and the Ukrainian can grow, he could become a fearsome winger in the Premier League.
