Predicted Chelsea XI vs Brighton: Petrovic starts in 4-2-3-1
Noni Madueke (Right winger) No. 11, England
Madueke has failed to impress so far, though he played well against AFC Wimbledon in the second round of the EFL Cup. He will get another chance tomorrow to get some minutes under his belt and try to make an impact in a competitive game. Another good game for him will be huge for his confidence.
Cole Palmer (Central attacking midfielder) No. 20, England
Palmer has played well when he has come on in the last two games. He will likely get his full debut for Chelsea against Brighton tomorrow. It’s crucial that he makes it count.
Mykhailo Mudryk (Left winger) No. 10, Ukraine
The substitution of Mudryk in the 61st of the Villa game subtly suggests that Pochettino may be considering playing him again against BHAFC. He created one of Chelsea’s three big chances of the game.
Armando Broja (Center forward) No. 19, Albania
Chelsea fans have gotten excited at the idea of Broja coming in to…replace Nicolas Jackson. What is more likely is that they play alongside each other, rather than instead of each other. The fact, however, remains that Jackson has missed seven of the eight big chances he has gotten this season. If Broja gets on the end of some good chances and puts a few of them away, he might present himself as a more attractive option to lead the line against Fulham on Monday.
