2.  Robert Sanchez

Kepa Arrizabalaga going on loan to Real Madrid at the end of the summer window has probably been a blessing in disguise for both parties. Robert Sanchez has so far proved to be a more than worthy replacement to his Spanish compatriot, if not an upgrade. Like is the trend with other summer signings debuting this season, Sanchez’s early performances were certainly not convincing. In his first four games as a blue, the Spaniard conceded five goals and looked rusty with his shot-stopping and anticipation from the posts.

Recently though, Sanchez has arguably been Chelsea’s best player and one of the most in form goalkeepers in the Premier League. The 25-year-old boasts the second most clean sheets among goalkeepers in the league with three and also recently won Premier League save of the month for an extraordinary stop in a 1-0 loss against Aston Villa.  It’s hard to tell if Sanchez will continue this run of good form because he known for his inconsistent performances at Brighton. This upcoming run of fixtures against numerous of the league’s best sides will be the greatest test for the Spaniard to prove his worth beyond this season.
