Chelsea should’ve reaped the benefits of being handed a relatively easier fixture list and started the season well. But in spite of making progress in multiple departments on the field, Pochettino has failed to win games consistently.

As a result, CFC find themselves in the bottom half of the table and the situation could get even worse as the fixture list looks very unfavorable at the moment. After hosting Blackburn midweek where the Blues secured a 2-0 victory, the erstwhile Tottenham Hotspur Head Coach is set to travel to North London with the Blues.

Ange Postecoglou on the other hand has enjoyed a dream start to life at the Nort London club. Spurs are unbeaten in the Premier League so far and have claimed the top spot on the points table with 26 points surpassing their neighbors – Arsenal and the defending champions – Manchester City.

Predicted Chelsea XI (4-2-3-1)

Goalkeeper: Robert Sanchez (Spain): The Chels’ faithful were anticipating Djorde Petrovic’s debut in the EFL Cup against Blackburn Rovers. However the Gaffer chose to stick with the Spaniard in goal leaving the fanbase bewildered as it was the perfect game to hand the Serbian his debut. This probably means that Sanchez will be the one starting every game and will not be dropped unless he’s unavailable.
