Predicted Chelsea XI vs Spurs: Colwill starts in 4-2-3-1 formation
Right Wing: Cole Palmer (England)
Cole Palmer – Chelsea’s signing of the summer and arguably the best player on our team as well. The 21 year old’s composure and creativity in the final third is beyond belief. The technical beast has registered more passes in the penalty area than any other Chelsea player in all competitions and his spot in the starting XI remains uncontested.
Left wing: Raheem Sterling (England)
The former Manchester City and Liverpool player is a very entertaining footballer and has the potential to produce magic. But Sterling’s inconsistency can be infuriating at times. Considering the fact that he’s one of the most experienced players in the squad now, he must do better.
Striker: Nicolas Jackson (Senegal)
The fans have been demanding Sterling up front with Mykhailo Mudryk on the left wing but the Ukraine International has recently returned to team training and is unlikely to start the next game. Jackson has been awful lately and has simply failed to display the quality we witnessed in preseason or even the end of the season at Villarreal. The recruitment team are working on signing a high profile striker in the January transfer window and if the Senegalese International wants to have a future at this club, he will have to prove his worth to the side in the next two months.
What changes would you make to this side?
