Another player released by Manchester City, Cole Palmer, has proven to be an excellent acquisition for Chelsea, contributing five goals and four assists leading up to Sunday’s match. Palmer emerged as the hero, converting a crucial penalty in injury time, undoubtedly leaving Guardiola reflecting on the decision to let him go.
