Right Wing: Raheem Sterling (England)
The seasoned winger had a goal or assist to his name in every game that the Blues played in November. His outing against the Seagulls was rather quiet but he is not a player you’d want to drop when it comes to high profile fixtures.
Left Wing: Mykhailo Mudryk (Ukraine)
Mudryk had his moments and eventually went on to win the penalty that won the game for Chelsea. However he doesn’t look confident yet; the Chels’ faithful would love to watch him take risks and abuse pace whenever possible as that is what makes him special. Christopher Nkunku might make his debut replacing the Ukrainian in the second half.
Striker: Armando Broja (Albania)
Nicolas Jackson has looked promising lately and also bagged an assist in the last game. He can obviously offer much more to the side and we hope that he hangs in there and realizes his full potential. But he needs to improve his decision making quickly as he fails to release the ball in time which leads to the side losing possession and then having to face quick counters, one of Manchester United’s strengths.
Armanda Broja on the other hand seems to have fully recovered from his injury and is ready to make his return to Chelsea’s starting XI. He combines his pace and physicality brilliantly and could prove to be a massive threat once he gets cracking. Pochettino will definitely be looking to rotate the squad as he cannot afford to risk injuries with a busy month ahead and Broja should be starting up top.
What changes would you make to this lineup?
