Chelsea have had a huge turnover of players since Todd Boehly's BlueCo consortium took over the club. The Blues have had a very disrupted season with Enzo Maresca departing the club and Liam Rosenior having a disastrous spell in charge.

Callum McFarlane had to have two stints as interim head coach. However, Chelsea has already managed to announce that Xabi Alonso will be their new manager. This is a coup for the Blues as Alonso is highly rated from his time as manager of Bayer Leverkusen. He has also managed Real Madrid and is a former Liverpool player.

A new manager will offer a fresh start for Chelsea's roster. However, multiple players will likely not return for next season. None is confirmed, but speculation that they will depart Stamford Bridge is very strong.

Enzo Fernández

Enzo Fernández has already flirted with the idea of playing for Real Madrid. He made comments during an interview whilst on international duty with Argentina. This led to Chelsea suspending him for two games; he missed an FA Cup win over Port Vale and a draw with Manchester City in the Premier League.

Fernández is Chelsea's vice-captain and has worn the armband for much of the season when Reece James is not on the field. He set a bad example by fueling transfer speculation. The midfielder has continued to be linked with Real Madrid and Manchester City.

He may be a part of Alonso's plans. However, the player appears that he would still be keen on a move to Los Blancos. Also, Maresca is expected to replace Pep Guardiola at City. Therefore, Fernández may want to link up with his old boss there.

Axel Disasi

Axel Disasi was frozen out at Chelsea, which led to him going on loan to West Ham United. He impressed for the Hammers, forming a good partnership with Dinos Mavropanos. There was talk that Disasi would want to join West Ham permanently, but only if they kept their place in the Premier League.

West Ham were relegated, so Disasi will not be joining them permanently. However, he has recently been linked with Leeds United. Daniel Farke's side comfortably finished in 14th place in the Premier League this season. Strengthening their back line with Disasi would help them build on this.

Liam Delap

Liam Delap endured a disappointing season for Chelsea. He impressed for Ipswich Town last season, which led to the Blues taking a chance on him. However, Delap scored just one Premier League goal this season, which came in a defeat to Fulham.

He will most likely leave Chelsea this summer, and has been linked with the likes of Everton and Newcastle United. Playing under David Moyes or Eddie Howe could be great for Delap's development at this stage in his career.

The move to Stamford Bridge may have come too early in his career. However, he proved with Ipswich that he can be effective in the Premier League. He just needs to find a club that is the right fit for him.
