Chelsea are all set to face Legia Warsaw this week in the second leg of the UEFA Conference League Semifinals. The first leg ended up being a laugher thanks to a dominant second half performance from the Blues, especially three players who have been deployed often in the competition.

With that three-goal lead and a crucial Premier League game coming up on the weekend, let’s take a look at three players to watch for the Blues against Legia Warsaw.

Tyrique George

Chelsea youngster Tyrique George has had himself a fine Cofnerence League campaign this season. He made appearances in 9 matches with 6 starts and has a goal and an assist to his name. That goal was the opener against Legia Warsaw in the first leg and it was George’s first senior goal of his career.

The opener burst the dam open for the Blues as they were stuck against a stubborn defensive opponent that was content to sit 10 men behind the ball and let Chelsea attack. This match we expect them to come out of their shell and that is where George’s pace and technique can really shine.

Warsaw will be forced to attack if they have any hope of overturning the three goal deficit they will need to play in the Chelsea half and George can strike on the counter. We expect the next gentleman on this list to link up with George and ping some balls over the top to let George run on to them and strike quickly against a wide-open Warsaw defense.
