Chelsea 1-1 Arsenal: Pedro Neto shines through despite stalemate
Enzo Fernandez (68’): 7/10
Fernandez made an impact after coming on, registering an assist and creating two chances. He was also very good off the ball.
Mykhailo Mudryk (68’): 6/10
Mudryk had no effect on the game, which is understandable given the way the match unfolded.
Reece James (88’): N/A
James was inconsequential. He played just eight minutes, so there’s not much he could’ve done.
Christopher Nkunku (88’): N/A
Nkunku played just two minutes of regulation time and may as well not have been in the game.
Enzo Maresca: 7/10
Maresca made no mistakes with his team selection, fielding the lineup he has often used. However, the style of football Chelsea is playing falls on him, as he is attempting to implement a possession-based game without players who excel at retaining the ball. His in-game changes didn’t make a difference, but that’s not entirely his fault.
