Injury and Suspension Updates

Chelsea will be without striker Nicolas Jackson and Noni Madueke, who are expected to return after the international break. Romeo Lavia has resumed full training and could either start against the Gunners or make an appearance off the bench. Meanwhile, Malo Gusto, who suffered an ankle injury during Chelsea's Conference League win over Copenhagen, remains a doubt after missing the last two games.

Arsenal, on the other hand, are grappling with their own injury concerns. Forwards Bukayo Saka, Kai Havertz, and Gabriel Jesus are all sidelined with long-term injuries, while Takehiro Tomiyasu is out due to a knee issue. Additionally, Raheem Sterling, currently on loan from Chelsea, is ineligible to feature against his parent club.

For Chelsea, avoiding defeat would mark their first unbeaten month since November 2024. Following the international break, the Blues will host Tottenham Hotspur in another high-stakes London derby on April 3rd.
