Chelsea have opted to bring in youngsters rather than established players under the new ownership. And the club have now started to reap the benefits of doing so. Players like Cole Palmer, Enzo Fernandez, and Moises Caicedo are some examples of their strategy finally starting to look like a master plan.

In the ongoing transfer window as well, the Blues have preferred to go with young talents and have added Liam Delap, Joao Pedro, and Jamie Gittens to their squad. However, the club are still looking to bring in some more new faces ahead of next season.

Juventus' rising star, Kenan Yildiz, is someone who has been linked with Chelsea for a while now. And it looks like it is not just limited to interest either.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport ( via Goal), Chelsea offered between €65-68 million to Juventus in an attempt to bring Yildiz to Stamford Bridge. However, it was firmly rejected as the Serie A side declined to move ahead in any discussions concerning the youngster.

Juventus reject Chelsea’s bid for Kenan Yildiz

Yildiz emerged as a key player for Juventus last season. The Turkish international scored 12 goals and provided nine assists in 52 matches for the Italian giants. At just 20 years of age, performances like these speak for themselves. The player has the potential to be one of the best in the world.

The youngster primarily plays as a left winger but can also operate on the right as well as in a central role. Chelsea recently brought in Gittens for the left flank, but currently lack depth in the area after the departure of Madueke. So, Yildiz could have been a great signing, but it seems like Juventus are in no mood to listen to any offers for the player.

Still, in modern football, no one knows what might happen next. Although Yildiz seems to be out of reach currently, Chelsea might make another move for the player in the future. The Blues will have to wait and monitor the situation for the perfect opportunity to arrive.
