Coming off three consecutive wins, Chelsea look to continue their positive upswing in form as they face FC Copenhagen entering with a 2-1 lead on aggregate. The Blues host Copenhagen on Thursday night at Stamford Bridge with a chance to cash their ticket to the UEFA Conference League Quarter-Finals.

Goals from both Captain Reece James and Vice Captain Enzo Fernandez boosted the Blues to a win last Thursday, two performances that were crucial for the team. James opened the scoring with low drive early in the second half and Fernandez, on as a substitute, doubled the Chelsea advantage with a close range strike. Copenhagen answered with a goal in the 79th minute that changed the perspective of this matchup.

The first goal will be equally as critical for both sides. Expect Chelsea to attack early and restore their two goal lead. If Copenhagen scores first, all hell could break loose. The Bridge will certainly be testy if that happens.

Chelsea fans could be delighted by seeing the potential return of midfielder Romeo Lavia. After being out for several weeks, he featured on the bench last match against Leicester. This could be a good opportunity for Maresca to get Lavia some much needed minutes, adding to his availability for Sunday's match against Arsenal. The ability to give one of Enzo or Caicedo a much needed rest in preparation for the weekend would be a big help for boss Enzo Maresca.

Exciting young talent Tyrique George has impressed recently with an assist in each of his two last appearances, including in the first leg of this tie. I'd expect him boss Enzo Maresca to include him in the squad and build on the good form.
