There are a lot of things that opposition fans might not like about Chelsea. But nobody can claim that they are not entertaining during transfer windows. Once again, the Blues have been one of the most active teams in the market. Their additions include LIam Delap, Joao Pedro, Jamie Gittens and Jorrel Hato. So, they have stuck with their formula of signing highly rated youngsters and trying to develop them at Stamford Bridge.

On the other hand, departures have been aplenty. In fact, pretty much every day, there seem to be multiple agreements being reached at the moment. That seems to be the focus of the club right now before moving ahead with a move for Xavi Simons.

Two Chelsea players are headed to Burnley. Lesley Ugochukwu's move has already been made official. And it is only a matter of time before the same happens with Armando Broja, with both leaving on permanent deals.

How much are the Clarets shelling out to sign both of them though? Well, that figure has now been confirmed. As reported by Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea will receive fees around £45 million from Ugochukwu and Broja's permanent moves to Burnley.

Ugochukwu is moving for around £25 million. That is actually a transfer profit as the Blues had signed him for £23.1 million from Rennes a few years back. That's some impressive business considering how little football he played for Chelsea.

On the other hand, Broja will be moving for around £20 million. Coming through the youth ranks, he was very highly rated. But one cannot forget that he was goalless in his last two loan spells. So, that is more than a fair fee for him as well.

Of course, Chelsea fans will be hoping to see all of the money reinvested into new signings and making the squad stronger for Enzo Maresca, while sticking to spending rules. Expect a move for Simons to accelerate soon.
