Check out the leaked design for Chelsea's 2024-25 season home shirt

The Pride of London invite Blues supporters to examine a leaked design for next season's Chelsea's shirt which they will wear at home or when kits clash whilst away. As usual, fans have weighed in with some rather strong opinions on the 2024-25 strip. PoL also discuss manager Mauricio Pochettino's statement on Financial Fair Play rules potentially affecting the club's plans to buy players during the January transfer window.

There is now a chance for Chelsea to strengthen. I would suggest that a few players are unneeded in the squad; there are one or two positions that could arguably be upgraded. But this section isn't about transfers, or even this season. Chelsea's 1st shirt for the upcoming campaign has supposedly leaked online. And it is a slightly unique prototype.

Chelsea don't need to sell to buy

In spite of a Β£1 billion spend under co-owners Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali so far, along with FFP constraints, Chelsea are determined to keep signing stars and starlets. They also don't have to relinquish personnel such as Conor Gallagher in order to do so. That is according to CFC head coach Pochettino.

The ex-Southampton and Paris Saint-Germain boss was quizzed by journalists on the subject recently. In addition to claiming club chiefs have reassured him that selling is not required in order to acquire. Furthermore the man from Murphy, Argentina believes 'too many rumours' are circulating in this instance.

There is also one quote in particular which will please Blues fans no end, I am sure. Pochettino added that the west London outfit are looking for transfer options and opportunities, as are other teams, he suggests. 'Poch' also clarified that his relationship with superiors is good.
