Chelsea's transfer clear out: What fans need to know

Many Chelsea fans expected Maatsen to break into the team after promising performances in the pre-season friendlies and an accomplished season with Burnley in the Championship. However, it was quickly evident once the Premier League that Mauricio Pochettino did not favor the youngster.
Borussia Dortmund came calling, and Chelsea was willing to let him go for a loan spell that has proved prosperous for the club and player. Furthermore, Maatsen has been a key figure in propelling the team into a Champions League Final spot.
Several reports indicate that Chelsea will sell Maatsen in the summer in the region of 30 million pounds. As it is with the situation of Broja, the club will be able to record full profit in their financials if Maatsen is to leave.
Kepa Arrizabalaga
Arrizabalaga was among the many Chelsea players who left on loan last season who will be looking to move on in the next transfer window as the club is already equipped with two adequate goalkeepers in Robert Sanchez and Đorđe Petrović.
Although Bayern Munich previously held a keen interest in the Spaniard after their star goalkeeper Manuel Neuer was injured, it is unclear who the potential suitors will be, as there has been no rumor since moving to Madrid.
Nevertheless, with Arrizabalaga demonstrating in numerous matches this season that he still has the quality to provide for a team, it is not far-fetched to believe that a club willing to gamble will come calling. Whether their offer will be enough to satisfy Chelsea is yet to be seen.
