3. Disasi Shines At Right-Back

With Reece James and Malo Gusto sidelined, Disasi stepped up at right-back. The French international has played there on multiple occasions already this season, with Chelsea unable to keep either right-back option fit for an extended period. However, this was the first game where he actually looked comfortable in this role.

Nimble footwork, overlapping runs, interchanges with Sterling, and clinical finishing, we saw it all from Disasi. He hasn't always been at his best when Pochettino has been forced into using him in that position. He does not offer much of an attacking threat going forward, and it has coincided with Chelsea struggling to break down their opposition in those games. However, his performance today will ease pressure on Pochettino to not rush Gusto back from injury.
