Predicted Chelsea XI vs Liverpool: Nkunku starts in 4-2-3-1 formation

Chelsea and Liverpool will travel to Wembley to play the replay of the 2022 Carabao Cup Final where the Reds emerged victorious in a penalty shootout that ended 11-10 after extended time. While Pochettino would want his men to win Boehly and co. some silverware, the Reds will be motivated to make this a memorable season for Klopp as they bid him farewell.

9. Right Wing: Cole Palmer (England)

Starting Cole Palmer should be a no brainer at this point. He has cemented his name on the team sheet and will be expected to pull the strings in attack. The Gaffer seems to be experimenting with his versatility but the right flank is where we've seen the best of him.

10. Left Wing: Raheem Sterling (England)

Nicolas Jackson could also be considered as option for his tremendous work rate but in a Cup Final where the stakes are high, one naturally leans towards the experienced Raheem Sterling who can win matches single-handedly.

11. Centre Forward: Christopher Nkunku (France)

Christopher Nkunku is yet to get an extended run in the team but he's already displayed glimpses of brilliance with the little time he's gotten on the pitch. His fellow attackers will have to ensure that he's not left isolated up top and involved in the build up as his quality could help Chelsea tip the scales in their favour.
