Predicted Chelsea XI vs Luton Town: Nkunku starts in 4-2-2-2 formation
6. Central Midfield: Moises Caicedo (Ecuador)
Enzo Fernandez will not return to the squad tomorrow which means that the Ecuador International will be stepping onto the pitch without his partner yet again.
7. Central Midfield: Conor Gallagher (England)
Gallagher will have to fill in for Fernandez and play in a relatively deeper role. Romeo Lavia who made his debut against Palace impressed the supporters but unfortunately picked up another injury in the dying minutes of the game and will be out for while now.
8. Right Wing: Cole Palmer (England)
The 21 year old will return to the playing XI after serving his suspension. He has by far been the most promising player and Christopher Nkunku's return is only going to further enhance his output. Noni Madueke did exceptionally well but will need to do more to replace the wide Englishmen.
9. Left Wing: Raheem Sterling (Ukraine)
Raheem Sterling's inconsistency makes him extremely unreliable at times as you cannot predict the outcome when you field him. But Mykhailo Mudryk's injury means that the Englishman will get an extended run in the starting XI.
10. Second Striker: Christopher Nkunku (France)
Scored on his debut and came very close to scoring in the last game as well. In a couple of a appearances, Nkunku has already displayed what we've been demanding from our strikers. His quality and class is evident and if he does get going, the likes of Erling Haaland and Mohammed Salah will soon have added competition.
11. Centre Forward: Nicolas Jackson (Senegal)
Jackson has been playing well of late; he almost gets everything right until he gets into the final third; and as a no.9, you've got to strike the ball better. If he fails to convert chances in the upcoming games, he will struggle to make his way back into the starting XI when he returns from AFCON.
