We have already seen quite a few Chelsea players head to rival Premier League clubs this summer. Kepa Arrizabalaga and Noni Madueke have both joined Arsenal, a familiar destination for those who choose to leave Stamford Bridge. On the other hand, Djordje Petrovic has moved to Bournemouth. Armando Broja is believed to be on the verge of joining Burnley. And now, it looks like another name could soon be added to that list.

Chelsea are believed to be open to a lot of players leaving this summer, not only to open up space in the squad but also to balance the books. And one player who is not a starter, or anywhere close to being one, is Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall.

Dewsbury-Hall is one of the Blues' players to be linked with a move away this summer, although he did have a role off the bench last season. Now, it looks like an offer has arrived on Chelsea's table.

As reported by Fabrizio Romano, Everton have submitted an official bid for Dewsbury-Hall to join on a permanent deal from Chelsea. Club-to-club talks are underway, and the Blues are open to this option, with discussions ongoing on terms.

As we already mentioned, Dewsbury-Hall might not have been a starter for Chelsea last season, but he did have a role coming off the bench. And his output was pretty decent, all things considered.

In 36 appearances, he scored 5 goals and provided 4 assists. That is pretty decent for a cover option in midfield. So, if he does leave, someone will have to take his place in Maresca's plans.

That being said, Chelsea do have a lot of strength in the middle of the park. Hopefully, Romeo Lavia will be able to maintain his fitness this season.
