Though not coming up entirely through Chelsea’s youth ranks, Christian Atsu is a youngster to keep your eye on. Atsu operates in the midfield, playing at his best when on the wings.

He’s quick, technically gifted, and at 22 years old has enough experience to not get overwhelmed by the pressure of being in the first team. This past season, Atsu contributed five goals and seven assists from 25 appearances with Vitesse. He’s also represented Ghana 20 times, scoring four goals.
