Buy: Luke Shaw

It would be fantastic if Chelsea signed Luke Shaw. Left wing-back is one of the positions the club are really struggling for depth and Shaw could solve that issue. He’s young, English and with a point to prove. Also, the rumours are that Jose Mourinho is willing to let him go on the cheap, so he would be easily available in January. Alonso would still be first choice, but Shaw would get plenty of game time considering the amount of games Chelsea have to play this year.

Loan: Charly Musonda

The loan choice is quite self-explanatory – Musonda isn’t getting enough game time at Chelsea and that probably won’t change anytime soon. Give him a loan to a bottom-half Premier League side and see if he can prove his worth. Somewhere with a lack of pace and wingers would be good, perhaps Swansea?

Sell: Kenedy

Excluding the players they have out on loan, Chelsea do not currently have a massive squad so this is a difficult one. Kenedy could be someone the Blues could do without, just because he is never going to be quite good enough and Antonio Conte doesn’t seem to fancy him.
