Chelsea have another London derby, and hope to avenge the inexplicable early season loss to West Ham. Will they be able to bounce back and return the favour to David Moyes?

Chelsea and West Ham have identical records over the last six games: two wins, six losses. If that’s not the worst thing you’ve heard all day, our hearts go out to you. While Chelsea linger in fifth place, West Ham are climbing their way towards safety. Or perhaps their rivals are moving themselves towards relegation. It’s sometimes hard to tell down there.

Here are our predictions for the lesser of the London derbies.

Kevin Peacock: Chelsea 5 – 0 West Ham. It’s a cliche, but after a sad week, Chelsea will win for Ray Wilkins. West Ham will find themselves on the end of a hammering. A season of frustration boils over when the manager and players realise that they are in fact in the shop window, and there stock is fading in the sunlight. Goals from Morata (2), Willian, Hazard and Cahill. RIP Ray.

Scott Brant: 2 – 1. West Ham have lost all three of their matches played on Sunday this year, getting outscored 8-1. Chelsea will most likely win. now that their chances for top-four are dust in the wind. Eden Hazard will show up a week late with a brace.

Abhishek Pancholi: 3 – 0. An easy win, which has become a rarity lately. Conte admitted his disappointment and anger with how this season is progressing in the pre-game press conference, and it is time the players show that anger on the pitch (sit down, Alvaro). A first-half blitz leaves David Moyes wondering if he’s in London, Manchester or San Sebastian. Willian to score one and assist another for Morata.

Barrett Rouen: 3 – 0. This shows exactly why Chelsea are so frustrating. They’ll be in the mood tomorrow, so they’ll be excellent.

Daniel Mcclue: 4 – 0. Conte comes out all guns blazing, starting Pedro and Callum Hudson-Odoi instead of Eden Hazard and Willian. Hudson-Odoi repays the favour with a goal and an assist. Alvaro Morata also gets a goal and an assist. Antonio Rudiger and Emerson get the other two as Chelsea temper the Irons.

Shivansh Sareen: 2 – 2. Mark Noble adds to Antonio Conte’s woes with a deflected strike from range, before Willian and Antonio Rudiger find the net to put Chelsea 2-1 up at the break. Conte instructs his men to suffer without the ball in the second half as Javier Hernandez secures a dramatic late point for the Hammers with a controversial offside goal, in injury time.

Hugo Amaya: 2 – 0. This will not be an easy win for the Blues, but they will pull it off, somehow. Chelsea will be low in confidence and the style of play won’t be fluent. However, individual brilliance will be the difference between the teams.
