Mason Mount (Right winger): 8/10

Once again, Mount was the Man of the Match. His impact on the game is the only reason a draw was made possible as no one else on the pitch added any real attacking threat. He won the penalty after a smart short corner and got tackled by Danny Ings in the box. He finished the penalty with no problem, as well. These are the type of performances that not only cement your spot in the starting XI, but also your legacy at the football club.

Tammy Abraham (Striker): 5/10

Tammy Abraham was thrusted back into the starting line-up after being subbed off in the previous game with an ankle injury. He didn’t do anything of note besides of having a penalty claim in the first half and was taken off at halftime, leaving no real impact on the game.

Timo Werner (Left winger): 6/10

You would think the confidence has come back to Timo Werner after his performance against Newcastle, but today was same type of performance we’ve seen from Werner for majority of this season. Shifting from striker to the left to the right to try and create something, but his touches in the box we’re lackluster, crosses into the box didn’t going anywhere and overall, he failed to create a clear shooting opportunity for himself. Southampton’s defence has conceded 20 goals in last six games and once again, the Blues’ forwards couldn’t create anything, which is disappointing to say the least.

Callum Hudson-Odoi (Right winger): N/A

Rarely do we see a sub get subbed and that’s exactly what has happened to Hudson-Odoi on the day. He was brought on for Abraham at halftime and then subbed of for Hakim Ziyech 30 minutes after coming on. Was this to merely fit Hakim Ziyech into the game or was Tuchel so displeased with his performance that he subbed him off? Only time will tell.

Hakim Ziyech: (Right winger): N/A

Subbed on for a substitute to clearly get the Moroccan in his best position, but once again, Ziyech failed to impress. He had nothing to show for his time on the pitch and therefore, no rating will be rewarded.
