Former Premier League players and current pundits Gary Neville, Ian Wright and Roy Keane are worried for Mauricio Pochettino as the Chelsea madness continues. Something has got to give soon, says Neville. While Wright believes that there are two must-win games upcoming for the Blues. Keane also illuminates the issues at hand.

At the time of writing, the CFC squad will be preparing for their English Football League Third Round tie with Brighton & Hove Albion. Following that clash, Chels’ take on London rivals Fulham and subsequently Burnley in the Premier League. The ex-Arsenal man was quoted as saying that ‘you would worry for them ’ if both EPL fixtures are lost.

Meanwhile the Manchester United old boy outlined his faith in Pochettino, but strongly questioned the direction of the Blues ownership. Neville asked ‘what are they doing?’, essentially pointing at constant chaotic happenings since Todd Boehly and Behdad Eghbali took charge. Although, the United legend asserts that eventual changes at the club are likely.

Roy Keane suggests Chelsea created their own problems

If the aforementioned pair of pundits were not enough for you, the other most high profile observer of all things football has thrown his two cents in as well. Keane recently stated that signing too many players has ‘disjointed’ the west London outfit’s dressing room atmosphere. The onetime Manchester United midfielder and Republic of Ireland international made the rather obvious point that the CFC hierarchy had to be more astute with respect to incoming athletes.

Keane also expressed the opinion that chaos created by the bosses did not help the process on or off the field of play. The Irishman proposes that Pochettino will come under increasing pressure if more matches are lost. However, the 52-year-old does not expect the Argentine to be sacked this season, only months into a supposedly long-term project.
