Alejandro Garnacho's latest stunt may just be his last at Chelsea

It's been a busy couple of weeks at Chelsea and Alejandro Garnacho's latest stunt has handed Liam Rosenior another headache.

Despite only joining from Manchester United last summer, the Argentine has already fallen out of favour at Stamford Bridge.

Garnacho's form has been a major sticking point, and with Jamie Gittens out injured again, Rosenior's lack of options on the left flank have been exposed.

Garnacho has started in just seven matches since the new Chelsea head coach took over from Enzo Maresca at the beginning of the year and, as a result, the club are rumoured to be open to letting him leave.

There have been reports that River Plate have offered Garnacho a one-year loan move but the winger's recent behaviour may see Chelsea opt for a more permanent solution instead.

Alejandro Garnacho deletes all mention of Chelsea from his social media

Garnacho cast doubt over his decision to join Chelsea last summer following a falling out with former Red Devils boss Ruben Amorim.

The 20-year-old, who spoke to Premier League Productions last week, suggested he 'maybe' has some regrets about the way he left Old Trafford.

Now, amid speculation the Blues are keen to move him on again, Garnacho has removed all mention of the club from his Tik Tok account, leaving just Manchester United-related content, including a fan-made video urging for his return.

The winger's latest digital outburst could come at the expense of a hefty punishment, especially if Enzo Fernandez's recent two-game ban is anything to go by.

Garnacho at risk of Chelsea punishment

Rosenior confirmed Fernandez will be dropped for two matches for comments the South American made while away on the most recent international break.

When asked for his thoughts on playing for Real Madrid, the midfielder fuelled an already-burning fire and the Blues understandably didn't take too kindly to it.

Fernandez missed Chelsea's FA Cup quarter final against Port Vale as well as last weekend's 3-0 league defeat to Manchester City, and Garnacho now risks a similar, or even worse, punishment.

Failure to address his behaviour could undoubtedly see the 20-year-old outcasted, and should that be the case, the former Manchester United academy graduate should expect to spend longer than two games on the sidelines.

During his first season in West London, Garnacho, who has six years left on his contract which is worth around £110,000-per week, has directly contributed to just 12 goals in 38 matches in all competitions.
