With time quickly running out, Chelsea need to move quickly if they want to complete some exits before trying to get deals over the line for Xavi Simons and Alejandro Garnacho. The sagas have dragged on for far too long already and need a conclusion soon, one way or the other. Hopefully, the story ends with a couple of fresh faces arriving at Stamford Bridge.

For that to happen, it will be vital for players like Christopher Nkunku and Nicolas Jackson to depart. Incidentally, both have been linked with Bayern Munich in recent times.

And now, it appears that Bayern Munich have been successful in finding an agreement on personal terms with one of them. Despite that, a move remains uncertain.

As reported by Christian Falk, Bayern Munich and Jackson have an agreement. Now, there will be negotiations with Chelsea and the Bundesliga club want a loan deal.

To be very honest, it is unlikely that Chelsea would be open to the idea of a loan deal for Jackson. It is believed that they want a permanent exit and a transfer fee in the region of £60 million, which is lower than what they were looking for earlier in the summer.

On the other hand, the belief is that Bayern Munich only want loan deals for the remainder of the summer transfer window. They are not the only ones with an interest in Jackson though. Aston Villa and Newcastle United are in the race as well. So, things could get interesting.

One has to question Jackson's willingness to join Bayern Munich. Yes, he has slipped down the pecking order at Chelsea. But still, his chances of starting ahead of Joao Pedro and Liam Delap are significantly higher than being ahead of Harry Kane.
