Chelsea went into the international break on a high. Following the draw against Qarabag, they needed to bounce back. Fortunately, they were provided the perfect platform to do just that. The Blues had a home game against Wolves, who have been the worst team in the Premier League this season and are yet to win a game.

Naturally, Chelsea were expected to win and they did so. It was their best overall display in a while. Malo Gusto, Pedro Neto and Joao Pedro found the back of the net for the Blues on the night. Alejandro Garnacho provided a couple of assists, as he seems to be finding his feet since his move from Manchester United and in the last four games, he has as many goal contributions.

Of course, it was not an all positive evening for Chelsea. The Blues also had injury problems to be worried about coming out of the game.

As reported by football.london, Neto has withdrawn from Roberto Martinez's Portugal squad for their upcoming World Cup qualifiers. He picked up a groin issue in the match against Wolves on Saturday

Neto is someone who has been dealing with an injury issue lately. So, one has to wonder if this is a step to make sure that he regains fitness by getting rest over the international break or whether he has picked up a fresh problem altogether. Chelsea fans will be hoping that it is the former.

Neto has divided the opinion of the fans in recent months. He was brilliant at the Club World Cup but his performances lately have been mixed. Many feel that Estevao should be starting over him.

Neto remains a key player for Maresca though and Chelsea cannot afford any more injuries at this point in time. We hope that it is nothing but a minor issue and that the Portuguese winger is fully fit by the time this international break is over.
