Chelsea fans are waiting on the club to complete deals for Xavi Simons and Alejandro Garnacho before the summer transfer window closes. Those two moves have been in the works for weeks now but cannot be completed before the Blues sanction some exits first. The likes of Christopher Nkunku and Nicolas Jackson are believed to hold the key, as they are expected to depart over the coming week or so.

But they are certainly not the only ones who could be on their way out of Stamford Bridge before the summer transfer window closes. There are plenty of others who could be potential candidates in that regard.

One such player is Tyrique George. The winger played a decent bit of football last season but following the arrivals of Jamie Gittens and Estevao, and the impending move for Garnacho, the Chelsea academy graduate is believed to be keen on an exit and wants to join a club where he will get to play regular football.

As reported by Fabrizio Romano, AS Roma have asked about the deal conditions for Tyrique George. The Chelsea winger is on the Italian club's shortlist.

Incidentally, it is Jadon Sancho that AS Roma have been trying to sign recently. But the player does not seem to be particularly keen on the move. That could lead the Italian giants to look at other options, with George being one of them.

Chelsea had the chance to sign Sancho earlier this summer but passed on the opportunity, even paying a £5 million fine to send him back to Manchester United. The Old Trafford side have had a tough time finding a new home for the winger since then.

Could that lead to George's exit and a move to AS Roma? We will find out soon. For now, the focus should be on getting deals done before the summer transfer window draws to a close.
