Reece James (Right Wingback): 10/10

Reece James continues the form of his life and deservingly is awarded the Man of the Match title for his performance today. Despite only being 21, Reece James shows maturity beyond his age while playing the game. He had all the answers today, from defending and nullifying the Juventus attack to scoring a bullet volley to double Chelsea’s lead. The English fullback could have scored a couple of more goals if it was not for Szczesny’s brilliant saves. James was even instrumental in the third and fourth goals of the game showcasing his importance to this team.

N’Golo Kante (Central Midfield): 6.5/10

The French midfielder’s evening came to a premature end after he was replaced by Ruben Loftus Cheek in the 37th minute. This substitution seemed more of a tactical change seeing the fact how much further in the Juventus half N’Golo Kante was playing without much effect. Hopefully, Kante’s fine for the weekend.

Jorginho (Central Midfield): 7/10

With such a dominant performance it felt as if Jorginho was not even on the pitch playing football. But if looked closely you could see what the Italian midfielder does so well. He frequently draws midfielders to him before releasing a teammate who is suddenly blessed with space.

Ben Chilwell (Left Wingback): 7/10

The English wingback had an excellent game from start and should have given the Blues the lead in an opening couple of minutes but sliced his volley. Ben Chilwell didn’t have much defending to do throughout the game as Chelsea was so dominant. Chilwell was replaced by Cesar Azpilicueta as he sustained a nasty-looking injury that might keep him out for a long time.
