Chelsea are going through a successful period in every aspect, as the club recently lifted the inaugural FIFA Club World Cup and, in the process, have also gotten themselves a hefty prize money. Before that, they had secured Champions League qualification with a fourth-place finish. On the other side, they have also managed to bring in some of their transfer targets like Jamie Gittens, Joao Pedro, and Liam Delap. However, that’s not all, as it seems like there’s more good news to come.

Following Chelsea’s impressive win against Paris Saint-Germain in the final of the Club World Cup, the Blues appear to have received a major boost in terms of landing a new shirt sponsor. They have struggled to land a satisfactory deal over the past two seasons. It looks like that is about to change.

They are believed to be now looking at a deal of £60 million per year. Before the Club World Cup triumph, it was expected that a deal would bring in about £40 million annually.

As reported by The Telegraph, Chelsea's Club World Cup win is expected to help the club secure a new front-of-shirt sponsor that could be worth £100 million more than the offers they resisted last year. The Blues were in talks with two companies last year but those long-term deals were worth about £40 million per year. That figure now sits at £60 million a year.

Chelsea set to finalise mega front-of-shirt sponsorship deal

Chelsea are reportedly in talks with seven to ten major global companies regarding a long-term sponsorship deal. Interestingly, the Blues have gone without a consistent main shirt sponsor since their deal with Three ended in 2023, as they held out for a more lucrative agreement. And what better time than now for a deal, given their recent string of impressive results?

Chelsea also received a financial boost of £84 million following their successful Club World Cup campaign. And this new sponsorship deal will certainly be the cherry on top.

The Blues should now be going all out, reinforcing their squad to better prepare for next season, with multiple trophies up for grabs, including the Champions League. For the first time in a long time, things seem to be looking up for the Pride of London.
