Chelsea have agreed to sell Trevoh Chalobah to Italian side Como.
The centre-back will move to Serie A in a deal worth £31 million with the Blues pocketing £25.7 million upfront with an additional £5.1 million in add-ons.

Chalobah's move comes following weeks of negotiations, and although it looked like Inter Milan would hijack the deal at one point, Cesc Fabregas has finally got his man.
Subject to a medical, the 27-year-old is expected to sign a long-term contract and become part of Como's leadership group.
Chalobah is a product of the Chelsea academy having joined when he was just eight years old, but his impending move to the Giuseppe Sinigaglia Stadium will draw a line under his 20 years with the club.
Given how many new players Xabi Alonso has brought in during his first transfer window in charge, the Blues were always going to make sales.
And unfortunately for Chalobah, his pathway to the first team has been blocked by the arrival of Maxence Lacroix who has recently arrived from Crystal Palace in a deal worth £52 million.
The defender — included in Thomas Tuchel's final 26-man England squad for the World Cup earlier this summer — needs regular game time too.
His role, had he chosen to stay at Stamford Bridge, would've seen him resigned to just cameo appearances, and with the Blues failing to qualify for the UEFA Champions League but Como securing a place in the prestigious competition, this move feels best for all parties.
Chalobah's transfer to Como includes mystery clause
Chelsea have done well to reach this agreement with Como. Chalobah had less than three years left on his deal so the club will feel happy they've secured more than £30 million, especially as the defender is a homegrown player.
But there is more to the deal. The Blues could profit from Chalobah's transfer further down the line.
According to The Athletic, Chelsea successfully negotiated a sell-on clause into the 27-year-old's transfer meaning they'll be entitled to a future fee should Como sell him.
However, the clause's exact percentage remains unknown. Chelsea's sporting department have obviously decided to keep tight-lipped over their potential entitlement.
The clause's value will only become clear if Como move him on for a fee at a later date.
Since being promoted to Chelsea's first team in 2021, Chalobah scored eight goals and provided three assists in 151 matches in all competitions. He will leave Stamford Bridge with five major trophies, including two FIFA Club World Cups and the 2024-25 UEFA Conference League.
