The only relatively impressive part of this Chelsea FC season has been the club’s unbeaten Premier League run under Guus Hiddink. Well, that came to an end last weekend as the Blues slumped to defeat against Swansea City. This Saturday, they will look to bounce back against an unpredictable Manchester City.

The interim boss has afforded some of the younger and more fringe players opportunities in recent weeks and after a 4-0 demolition of Aston Villa, the Blues were brought down to Earth at the Liberty Stadium. They return to Stamford Bridge this weekend to welcome a City side riding high after some midweek success. Manuel Pellegrini’s men managed to overcome PSG to progress to the Champions League semi-finals for the first time in their history.

With all that, here are five points to consider heading into the contest.
